Sheila K. Robello, J.D., LL.M. – Owner

Certified Specialist, Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law,

State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization

Sheila Robello is the principal of Solan, Park & Robello. Ms. Robello has been licensed to practice in California since 2000 and in Hawaii since 2001. Ms. Robello specializes in Conservatorships, Trust Administration and Litigation, and Estate Planning and Surety Defense. Ms. Robello holds an LLM in Taxation from Golden Gate University, and is certified as a specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law by the State Bar of California, Board of Legal Specialization. Ms. Robello is a member of Inns of Court and the Trust & Estates section of the CA Bar Association, the San Francisco Bar Association, the San Mateo Bar Association. Prior to joining Solan, Park & Robello, Ms. Robello served as an associate policy director and legislative analyst for a national non-profit organization.

Vincent K. Yu, J.D.

Vincent Yu has been licensed to practice law in California since 2014. Prior to joining Solan, Park & Robello, he was with O’Neil & Rueppel, another San Francisco Trust and Estates firm, handling both administration and litigation matters, with a litigation focus on financial elder abuse and breach of fiduciary duties.

Vincent holds a BA in Philosophy with a minor in Religious Studies from UC Riverside, and graduated from Whittier Law School with a Certificate in Intellectual Property Law, focusing on rights of privacy and publicity. He also holds a Certificate of Completion under the State of California Dispute Resolutions Program Act for mediation training through the Asian Pacific American Dispute Resolution Center in Los Angeles, and has helped resolve inter-family, community, and small business disputes.

When not in the office, Vincent continues his over 25 years of study of the martial arts, and occasionally takes on a private student.

Arthur A. Park, J.D. – Retired

Arthur A. Park is retired to the firm and head of the Probate Practice Group. Mr. Park is a native San Franciscan and attended local schools and the University of California at Berkeley. He graduated from the Georgetown Law Center and following service as a trial attorney with the Federal Maritime Commission in Washington D.C., has maintained a practice in San Francisco since 1968.

Mr. Park has extensive estate planning experience, including the drafting of wills, trusts, durable powers of attorney and advance health care directives. He has been involved in the establishment or administration of over 300 conservatorships and has acted in the capacity as attorney for the conservator, the proposed conservatee and interested third parties.

Kevin M. Solan, J.D. – Retired

Kevin M. Solan is retired to the firm and heads the firm’s civil litigation and surety defense practices. Mr. Solan has been a trial attorney since his appointment in 1972 as an Assistant District Attorney in New York, NY. He served for 10 years and gained trial experience under the most demanding circumstances. He was a member of the Fraud and Major Felony Offense Bureaus under District Attorneys Frank Hogan and Robert Morganthau and tried numerous jury trials to verdict.

In 1982, Mr. Solan left the District Attorney’s office and took his skills to the civil arena, expanding his trial experience in the defense of professional liability claims. After relocating to San Francisco in 1984, Mr. Solan has focused his practice on representing fidelity insurers, sureties, banks, and general contractors. Mr. Solan received a Bachelor’s of Science degree magna cum laude from Fordham University in 1968 and his law degree from Georgetown University of Law Center in 1972.

Jubilee Menzies – Attorney

Jubilee’s practice focuses on Estate Planning, Conservatorships, and Trust Administration. Jubilee takes the time to listen to the unique needs and goals of individuals and families of all shapes and sizes to develop thoughtful, comprehensive estate plans. Her clients are able to accomplish their goals today and protect their loved ones in the future. She helps clients skillfully navigate the complexities of the conservatorship process in probate court, whether representing the conservator, conservatee, or an interested third party. 

 Jubilee graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. in Intercultural Child Development from Bethany University (2000) and earned an M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction from Boston College Lynch School of Education (2010) and a J.D. from Boston College Law School (2010) through a dual-degree program. 

In her free time, Jubilee loves spending time outdoors whether cycling, backpacking in the Sierras, or taking her family camping in the redwoods where her boys can search for banana slugs and roast marshmallows over a crackling fire. 

Cecil Martinez – Paralegal

Cecil H. Martinez rejoined the firm in May of 2019 after taking several years off in the legal world. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a Juris Doctorate. During law school, Cecil was a co-founder of the schools environmental law caucus and participated in the criminal defender program. Cecil is involved in several businesses that deal directly in the agriculture community and has been showing and breeding Arabian horses on the national level with his family for the last 40 years.  In his spare time, he enjoys anything that has to do with nature or a nice trip to a good museum.

Andrea Pozo – Paralegal

Andrea graduated from law school in 2016 at the Universidad Central del Ecuador, she has a certification in Paralegal Studies from UC Berkeley Extension. Her experience focuses primarily on Corporate Law and business transactions; and she is passionate about working with the community. She has participated in different volunteer programs in Ecuador, specifically supporting nursing homes by providing companionship to residents and assisting staff in organizing recreational activities. She hosted radio programs that promote the rights of children and adolescence and offered spaces for dialogue and participation of local indigenous communities. She is passionate about reading, especially books on neuroscience, but also literature on magical realism. Andrea enjoys the perseverance and discipline that the practice of Ashtanga Yoga and meditation based on Osho techniques constantly teaches her.

Thomas Mupoperi – Legal Assistant and Marketing Specialist

Thomas is a fervent digital marketer and Legal assistant who loves creating experiences that people will remember! He has led an impressive career as a Leisure Sales Specialist for the largest Property Developer and the leading hospitality group in the United Arab Emirates- Dubai. In his 4 years working in the hospitality industry, he has managed to work with prestigious brands in the Sales and client service division. His portfolio included the highest and the most elegant Restaurant in the world and Armani Hotel Dubai, Address Hotels & Resorts, and many other brands. In 2020, he completed his marketing certification in International Marketing with Yonsei University of South Korea. He later acquired certifications from world-renowned organizations like Google Marketing Academy and HubSpot Academy. In his spare time when he is not traveling, he enjoys staying fit by going to the gym, hiking, cycling, and visiting beautiful wine farms in South Africa. He’s also an enthusiastic cook who loves spending time in the kitchen!

Diane Riga 

Diane has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration and Accounting from University of Phoenix, San Jose Campus. She specializes in multiple industries with a strong background in Legal Firms. Diane has owned her Accounting Firm since 2010. She specializes in Cost Accounting and Accounting Solutions with a strong focus on Cash Management. Diane enjoys kickboxing, Qigong, and quality time with family and friends.
