Sheila K. Robello, J.D., L.L.M. - Owner

Sheila Robello is the principal of Solan, Park & Robello. Ms. Robello has been licensed to practice in California since 2000 and in Hawaii since 2001. Ms. Robello specializes in Conservatorships, Trust Administration and Litigation, and Estate Planning. Ms. Robello holds an LLM in Taxation from Golden Gate University, and is certified as a specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law by the State Bar of California, Board of Legal Specialization. Ms. Robello is a member of Inns of Court and the Trust & Estates section of the CA Bar Association, the San Francisco Bar Association, the San Mateo Bar Association. Prior to joining Solan, Park & Robello, Ms. Robello served as an associate policy director and legislative analyst for a national non-profit organization.

Vincent Yu has been licensed to practice law in California since 2014. Prior to joining Solan, Park & Robello, he was with O’Neil & Rueppel, another San Francisco Trust and Estates firm, handling both administration and litigation matters, with a litigation focus on financial elder abuse and breach of fiduciary duties.
Vincent holds a BA in Philosophy with a minor in Religious Studies from UC Riverside, and graduated from Whittier Law School with a Certificate in Intellectual Property Law, focusing on rights of privacy and publicity. He received his LLM in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University with a personal focus on cross-cultural disputes and disputes related to Trust and Estates matters. He also holds a Certificate of Completion under the State of California Dispute Resolutions Program Act for mediation training through the Asian Pacific American Dispute Resolution Center in Los Angeles, and has helped resolve inter-family, community, and small business disputes. When not in the office, Vincent continues his over 25 years of study of the martial arts, and occasionally takes on a private student.
Cecil Martinez - Paralegal
Cecil H. Martinez rejoined the firm in May of 2019 after taking several years off in the legal world. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a Juris Doctorate. During law school, Cecil was a co-founder of the schools environmental law caucus and participated in the criminal defender program. Cecil is involved in several businesses that deal directly in the agriculture community and has been showing and breeding Arabian horses on the national level with his family for the last 40 years. In his spare time, he enjoys anything that has to do with nature or a nice trip to a good museum.
ContactAndrea Pozo - Paralegal
Andrea graduated from law school in 2016 at the Universidad Central del Ecuador, she has a certification in Paralegal Studies from UC Berkeley Extension. Her experience focuses primarily on Corporate Law and business transactions; and she is passionate about working with the community. She has participated in different volunteer programs in Ecuador, specifically supporting nursing homes by providing companionship to residents and assisting staff in organizing recreational activities. She hosted radio programs that promote the rights of children and adolescence and offered spaces for dialogue and participation of local indigenous communities. She is passionate about reading, especially books on neuroscience, but also literature on magical realism. Andrea enjoys the perseverance and discipline that the practice of Ashtanga Yoga and meditation based on Osho techniques constantly teaches her.

During his tenure at Dubai's renowned Emaar, the largest Property Developer and leading hospitality group in the UAE, he shone as a Leisure Sales and Marketing Specialist for four years. His impressive portfolio includes managing key relationships with iconic establishments like the Burj Khalifa, Armani Hotel Dubai, Address Hotels & Resorts, and other prestigious brands. Thomas earned a 2020 marketing certification in International Marketing from Yonsei University in South Korea, alongside certifications from Google Marketing Academy and HubSpot Academy, reinforcing his digital prowess. Beyond his professional pursuits, he thrives on maintaining an active lifestyle, whether it's hitting the gym, embarking on invigorating hikes, cycling scenic routes, or exploring captivating wine farms, always prioritizing his well-being.
Diane Riga - Accountant
Diane has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration and Accounting from University of Phoenix, San Jose Campus. She specializes in multiple industries with a strong background in Legal Firms. Diane has owned her Accounting Firm since 2010. She specializes in Cost Accounting and Accounting Solutions with a strong focus on Cash Management. Diane enjoys kickboxing, Qigong, and quality time with family and friends.
Jonathan Lim - Paralegal
A Bay Area native hailing from Mountain View, California, Jonathan started his academic journey by graduating with Honors in Biology from the University of San Francisco. During a gap year, he invoked his passion for teaching, particularly with middle schoolers, where he cultivated empathy and active listening skills while addressing their challenges.
Jonathan then earned a Master's in Public Health with a focus on Nutrition and special interest in Public Policy from Tufts University. He served as the primary policy advisor to a highly decorated professor on a voting Advisory Board in the Department of Public Health, thus conducting mixed-methods research on equitable food and drug policies to improve public health outcomes.
Culminating in desire to tackle social issues at their roots, Jonathan pursued an ABA-certified Paralegal Degree from De Anza College while working over three law firms, including topics of immigration, human rights, public interest, corporate, finance, employment, and intellectual property law; all while concurrently working as a community organizer during a 2020 presidential campaign, then gaining a deeper heterodox understanding of community needs.
Now, Jonathan brings his kind active listening skills, wide-ranging analytical mindset, and pure tenacity to Solan, Park & Robello, to ensure lawful transfer of generational wealth via estate planning and related fields. He plans to attend law school in the future to further his legal expertise.
Off-duty, Jonathan enjoys a wide range of sunny outdoor activities, from Yoga, Crossfit, and MMA, to surfing and fishing. Although, he equally relishes relaxing indoors with Netflix, video games, and a furry feline companion.
Aldo Gallegos - Legal Assistant
Aldo completed a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies at the University of San Francisco after a brief stint at the City College of San Francisco. He served in the United States Marine Corps. Aldo’s professional experience since leaving the military includes work in criminal defense and immigration. He enjoys exploring the City, eating interesting foods, listening to live music, lifting weights, watching movies, reading fiction and non-fiction, and spending time with friends and family.
Allen Vernoy - Paralegal
Allen joins our firm from the United States Attorney’s Office. He grew up in Charleston, SC, known as the Lowcountry, due to much of the region’s terrain sitting at or below sea level. Think Pat Conroy novels. Allen served four years in the United States Marine Corps., which landed him in San Francisco, where he now calls home. His early interest in urban planning and economic development earned him a Bachelor’s degree in Urban Studies and Planning from San Francisco State University. He later completed his Paralegal Certificate at San Francisco State University’s College of Extended Learning. Allen has been working as a Paralegal and Legal Assistant for approximately five years in various legal roles gaining a wealth of experience along the way. His hobbies include baseball, cooking for friends, traveling and experiencing new cultures.
